MaXimo inspired card

I made this card for the inspiration challenge over on SCS found HERE. We were to pick a product at the MaXimo site and use it for our inspiration. MaXimo products are all inspired by the artwork of Alexander Girard.

I chose the wooden blocks above for my inspiration piece. My seven year old son actually helped me to stamp the images for this card, and he did the punching. He LOVES to use my punches. I matted the colored blocks on a square of kraft paper and distressed the edges to help it stand out against the kraft base. Very easy and simple card to make!
Stamps: Fanciful Dots-Unity
Ink: Kiwi Kiss, Chocolate Chip, Pumpkin Pie, Tempting Turquoise
Paper: Kraft, Kiwi Kiss, Chocolate Chip, Pumpkin Pie, Tempting Turquoise
Accessories: Paper distresser, Pumpkin Pie striped ribbon
Have a wonderful day!
Emily
