EIC43-Explosion box tutorial!

Time for another Etsy Inspired challenge! This week's shop is whichgoose. They offer a variety of vintage items and vintage looking hair accesories.
This week I have made an explosion box. You can find a tutorial on how to make this cute little box HERE. This tutorial is by the fabulous Beate Johns for SCS. Easy peasy with a lot of WOW factor! My box base is kiwi kiss, and the top is DSP from SU. I made the cute little paper flowers after seeing a tutorial on my friend Abi's blog. Go check her tutorial out!

I included a votive candle that is kiwi kiss colored and added a paper flower on the top. A sweet little hostess gift! You can also just leave it empty with a sentiment stamped on the bottom.

Please check out the other Etsy Inspired DT members galleries located on my sidebar. When uploading to on-line galleries, please use keyword EIC43. Also link your card HERE for a chance to win an awesome prize from Limelight Papercrafts!!!

a package of Prima Light Blue Sprites flowers,

a package of Prima Butterflies (E style),

and a container of Spring Bloom Dew Drops

Limelight is having a sale through 7/05/09: 10% off all ribbon,20% off all Basic Grey glazed brads and buttons, and 30% off all Pink Cat Studio stamp sets! Also, all orders $50 or more will receive a Glitz Design Roller Doodle roller stamper for FREE!

This just shows the inside of the box when you take the lid off. I hope you have time to play and give this box a try!

Happy Fourth of July!
