FWF-Can You Believe I made a scrapbook page?

Hello!  Well I did it...made a scrap book page!  It took me forever, but I was determined to make at least one page yesterday!  I don't know where my scrappy mojo went, but I do wish it would come back!  My pages don't come together as easily as they used to, but I like how this one turned out.
I used some Cosmo Cricket The Boyfriend paper for this.  I did a little cross stitch next to the chiboard name.  I distressed with my distressing tool and some Walnut ink.  The school house is from a KOTM (can't remember which one).  I colored it in with Prisma pencils and the smiley faced boy is from Middle School Madness.  I wanted the title/journaling box to look like someone had doodled it in their notebook.  I plan on making a page like this for all three of my boys for the first day of school this year.  I decided to showcase Luke, since the other two boys have had their photos on my blog recently.  Didn't want little Luke to feel left out!
Thanks for stopping by!

Emily

Emily, this LO is so cute! It takes me a while too to get a LO done, which is probably why I haven't made one in a long time! The schoolhouse stamp is perfect and your stitching is an awesome touch!

This is just one adorable layout. I love the colors and details you added to this page. It's funny how easy it is to make a card, but hard to make a layout. Of course for some it's hard to make a card and easy to make a layout. I don't get it. Thanks for this inspiring eye candy.
