Vintage Christmas Tree

Hello!  Today I have a card to share using a stamp set from Darcie's called Mistletoe Kisses. LOVE this vintage looking tree.  I stamped the tree in Artichoke ink, and then used my Prisma pencils to color in the ornaments and add some brown accents. I also used some Vintage Christmas paper from My Mind's Eye. Inked all of the edges with Old Paper Distress ink.  The tree frame was cut using a Spellbinders Labels Twenty.

I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

TSOL: Merry Christmas Lights

Hello! Today I have a card using the fabulous lights4Christmas set from The Stamps of life.  I also used the coordinating die set to cut my lights and the banner.  The inside of the lights are paper pieced with scraps of paper.  The wire was created with baker's twine.  I inked the edges with Old Paper Distress ink and I also scored some lines to create a frame in the background.
I always hate untangling and checking all of my lights when decorating for the holiday.  It is definitely my least favorite part of decorating!

TSOL: LOVE

Hello! I have a couple of cards to share using The Stamps Of Life stamp sets and dies.  The first card uses the new brackets2cut set and the love2hug set.  I used strips of patterned paper for the bottom and added a felt heart in the stamped sentiment circle.
The second card uses the minibanners2cut set along with the matching die from the Christmas light die set. I used some sequins for accents.

Heartfelt Creations: Christmas Joy

Hi, there! Today I have a Heartfelt Creations card to share with you using the flower die from The Sweet Juliet collection.  I used the dies to make dimensional peppermint candies! I added some chunky glitter to the tops, and a snowflake brad on the larger of the two candies.
I love finding creative ways to use dies!

TSOL: Celebrate!

Hello! Today I have a card to share using The Stamps Of Life minibanners2cut set.  This set has a variety of sentiments that match the banner dies in the Christmas light die set.  I used Stephanie's Clearsnap inks in Licorice, Guava, and Tangerine.  I also used the Sizzix zig zag circles framelits for the black circle.  The satin rose was on my desk, so I added it, too. :)
To get the larger "splatters" I simply unscrew the nozzle from Stephanie's Spray inks, and flick the little tube across the cardstock.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Heartfelt Creations: Have A Wonderful Christmas

Hello! Today I have a simple Christmas card using products from Heartfelt Creations.  I love the Christmas Card collection and the wonderful papers that make card making quick and easy. Who doesn't love quick and easy cards for the holidays when you are making so many?  What I love about this collection is it allows you to keep it simple, or you can add embellishments to make it your own.  I kept the simple layout and a very mailable card by adding a few holly leaves in the corners and used sequins as my berries.
Sequins are great way to embellish and they still mail well!

You can find the instructions and products for remaking this card on the Heartfelt Creations blog.
