Heartfelt Creations: The Journey Of Life

Hi, there! Sharing a card I made with products from Heartfelt Creations, Celebrate The Journey collection. I watercolored the balloon image, matted it, and simply added a ticket sentiment to the lower right corner. The matching dies make creating your own tags and tickets a breeze, and are also perfect for cutting out the sentiments that come in the collection.

Heartfelt Creations: Vintage Dress wall hanging

Hello! Today I would like to share a wall hanging I made with a beautiful image from Heartfelt Creations. I stamped my image on watercolor paper and then watercolored using Gelatos from Faber Castell.  When my coloring was done, I went back and flicked some distress ink (Old Paper) over the image to give it an aged appearance. I also added some brown gala glitz to the centers of my flowers. This looks so beautiful hanging from my antique cabinet in the dining room!

TSOL: What A Mess!!!!

Hello! Today I am sharing another card using The Stamps Of Life set, scribbles2stamp. I just love this set! I just stamped a few of the circles in Stephanie's inks-Strawberry, Blueberry and Banana. I added the sentiment in in Licorice ink and matted the image panel in black. It reminds me of a child's fingerpainting. LOL! It would be cute to send to a teacher with a different sentiment.

TSOL: Crazy4daisies and making your own enamel dots!

Hi, there! Today I have a card to share using The Stamps Of Life set, crazy4daisies.  I used Stephanie's inks in Guava, Licorice, Tangerine and Artichoke.
I also melted some yellow pony beads in the oven to create my own enamel dots for the flower centers! It is a bit stinky, so make sure you open some windows. I put the beads on a piece of parchment paper on a cookie tray. I stuck them in the oven for about 5 minutes at 300 degrees. I would watch them closely, as everyone's ovens are different. The first batch I burned a bit! LOL!

Have a great weekend!

TSOL: Get Creative!

Hello! Today I am sharing a card using the new scribbles2stamp set from The Stamps Of Life.  I heat embossed my black scribble circles with black embossing powder along with my sentiment. I then used my Gelatos to create the background by simply coloring and then blending with a baby wipe.  I created the dotted background on my card base by flicking Licorice, Tangerine, and Guava spray inks by Stephanie Barnard. Easy, artsy card to put together for your favorite crafty friend!

The Stamps Of Life :morepb&j2stamp!

I made this card with two sets from The Stamps Of Life- pb&j2enjoy and morepb&j2stamp.  I LOVE peanut butter, so these sets were great to add to my collection. I drew the little sad face on the peanut since he is missing his jelly. :)
I also used the matching dies for the jar, wrapper, lid and peanut images.
The card below features the grapes and sentiment from these sets. I used the leaves from Stephanie's Sizzix set titled Leaves for the grape vine.

Check out The Stamps Of Life gallery for more ideas on how to use these fabulous sets!

Heartfelt Creations: Time Is Short

Hello! Today I have a card using papers and stamps from the Once Upon A Time collection by Heartfelt Creations.  To make the clock have an antique looking finish, I simply sponged distress inks around the cut image. Easy Peasy!  I just love this alarm clock image.
