Heartfelt Creations: Blazing Poppy collection

Hello there! Long time no blog. I have two cards to share with you, using the Blazing Poppy collection from Heartfelt Creations.  The first card is simple and uses the paper from this collection and some embellishments. No stamping. No die cutting. Easy Peasy!
The second card is stamped, colored and distressed. Old Paper distress ink is my favorite for splattering onto paper to give it an aged look.

Make sure that you check out all of the creations on the Heartfelt Creations blog!

Thanks for stopping by,

Emily

I so love HC for their paper collections! You've showed it off beautifully in your first card! And the distress technique you used on your second card is so cool - it totally looks like its a vintage postcard from my granny's box of cards! Just awesome Emily!

Emily, both of these cards are beautiful! The first card is so rich and regal looking with those beautiful flower centres! The second card has to be one of my favorites as I'm all about the vintage look! I've never heard of the product you've used for the splatter so I'm off to google!
Hugs,
Tracey
