Heartfelt Creations April Blog Hop

Hello! Welcome to Heartfelt Creation's April blog hop. I am sharing a card using paper and dies from the Wild Rose collection. I also used the Lattice Swirl Gateway die to create my card base and lattice background. I just love the lattice dies! They add so much detail to a card and are so easy to use.

After molding my petals and leaves, I added some "I'm Amaized" prills  from the Rock N' Roll prill set to the center. I know I have mentioned before how much I love prills. A collection of prills will last you many years!

The hop begins at 8AM EDT on Friday, April 30th, 2021 and runs until 11:55PM EDT on Monday, May 3rd, 2021. At that time a randomly chosen comment from a mystery blog will be chosen to win a $25 Heartfelt Creations Gift Card. The winner will be announced on the Heartfelt Creations blog and Facebook page on Wednesday, May 5th. The winner has 72 hours to claim the prize by emailing socialmedia@heartfeltcreations.com. Please write “Winner of the April 2021 Alumni Hop” in the subject line.

Here are a list of hop participants in case you get lost along the way!

Heartfelt Creations March Blog Hop

Hello, my friends! Welcome to Heartfelt Creation's March blog hop. Today I have a card using the gorgeous Lush Lilac collection. This card was made using everything in the creative essentials bundle. I love that Heartfelt Creations has a smaller bundle of products in every collection that gives you plenty of product to create amazing things! It is usually always discounted 10% off, too!

I used the stamps and dies in this bundle, along with the fabulous paper to create this card. I stamped my main lilac image in Ranger Archival Coffee ink. I then used Ranger Distress Oxide inks to color the main image. I used a combo of Wilted Violet and Blueprint Sketch for the flowers and Cracked Pistachio and Mowed Lawn for the leaves. I then used the matching die to cut it out. I also used the die and paper in the collection to cut out all of those little flowers. So easy since you can cut a bunch with just the one die! After shaping my flowers, I added them to the main image. I used a white cardstock base with a paper panel form the Lush Lilac collection. I added a doily, my finished lilac and tied some twine and ribbon to the top. My sentiment comes from one of the tags in the paper collection. I just used my 3/4" punch to cut it out and adhere to the center of my bow.

The hop begins at 8AM EDT on Friday, March 26, 2021 and runs until 11:55PM EDT on Monday, March 29th, 2021. At that time a randomly chosen comment from a mystery blog will be chosen to win a $25 Heartfelt Creations Gift Card. The winner will be announced on the Heartfelt Creations blog and Facebook page on Wednesday, March 31st.

Heartfelt Creations February Blog Hop

Hello! Welcome to Heartfelt Creation's February blog hop. Today I have a greeting card using products from both the Dazzling Dahlia collection and the Lush Lilac collection. I used fabulous paper from both collections and die from the Dazzling Dahlia collection. I cut out a card front from the Dazzling Dahlia collection and added a die cut flower from this paper collection to the front. The purple background paper and the sentiment are both from the Lush Lilac collection. I used foam dots to pop up my flower and sentiment and added some purple gems to the corners of the card front.

The hop begins at 8AM EST on Friday, February 26, 2021 and runs until 11:55PM EST on Monday, March 1st, 2021. Heartfelt Creations December Blog Hop

Hello! Can you believe Christmas is almost here? For this month's hop, I wanted to make a Christmas themed card with one of the new Gateway dies. I used papers from the Snowy Pines Collection and the Lattice Swirl Gateway die.

What I love about this particular Gateway die, is that you can cut out images from the paper collections and frame them in the top center. The gorgeous dies and paper do all of the work for you! I scored and folded a 8.5" x 11" piece of white cardstock and when I cut out the large background die, I made sure to create an overlap on the left side so that it didn't cut through. This created my bi-fold card. I added one of the pinecone images and a sentiment from the paper collection. This card looks like I spent all day making it, but I only spent about ten minutes total! Perfect for this busy time of year.

The hop begins at 8AM EST on Friday December 18, 2020 and ends on Monday, December 21st at 11:55 EST. A random comment from a mystery blog will be chosen to win a $25 Heartfelt Creations Gift Card on Tuesday, December 22nd. Heartfelt Creations will also announce the winner on their blog and Facebook page on Wednesday, December 23rd. The winner needs to contact socialmedia@heartfeltcreations.us within 72 hours to claim the gift card.
