Heartfelt Creations January Alumni Blog Hop

Hello! Welcome to the January Heartfelt Creations Alumni blog hop. The Hop starts 8am EST on Friday January 27th and closes Monday at 30th Jan 11.59pm. You have a chance to win a $25 gift certificate to the Heartfelt Creations store by leaving comments on the participants blogs. A random comment will be chosen and the winner will be posted on the Heartfelt Creation blog and on the HC facebook page on Wednesday February 1st.

My card features stamps from the Coffee Talk collection. I used distress inks in Peacock Feathers, Spiced Marmalade and Mustard Seed to create my background. I also used the foam pattern stamp and white ink to create a pattern on the background. The coffee cups were colored with the same inks using a watercolor brush. The sentiment was stamped in black Archival ink.

You can find the Coffee Talk collection HERE.

Here are a list of blog hop participants in case you get lost along the way!

Keeping the coloring of the cups and saucers simple is nice against the wonderful background. It's a nice touch.
