Hello!  Welcome to Paper Maniac's Baby Blog Hop.  Our fellow DT member, Jessica just gave birth, so we decided to honor her and her new bundle of joy with a hop!  You should be arriving from Stephanie's blog.  If you want to do the whole hop (9 stops total) you should start back at the Paper Maniac blog.

To make the baby carriage, I punched out one circle, cut it in half for the bottom and then cut 1/4 for the top.  Easy peasy!  I drew in the cross bars on the bottom and then punched smaller circles for the wheels.  I added some small Kaiser pearls to the wheel center.
