Hello! I hope you all had a great holiday and weekend. Today I have a card to share using several stamp sets from The Stamps Of Life. I am so excited to say, that I have almost ALL of my Valentine's complete! HOORAY. I used Sampler2love, minibanners2cut, and for this card. I also used the matching banner and ticket dies. Inks are Strawberry, Chocolate and Bubblegum by Stephanie Barnard for Clearsnap.

TSOL: Sampler2love
Hello! I wanted to share a couple of cards using The Stamps of Life new club set, sampler2love. The first card is a shaker card. I filled my shaker with red seed beads.
This next card uses stamps and dies from several TSOL sets. I love how everything coordinates from month to month!
I am happy to have some Valentine's done in the midst of this busy holiday season. Even if I don't have Christmas cards done yet! :)
Thanks for stopping by!

Vintage Valentines...
I recently got together with one of my girlfriends, and we made some vintage Valentine's with our new Crate Paper Fourteen collection. Here are just a couple that we came up with. We added glitter, baker's twine, doilies, and key charms to jazz up the already sweet paper.
These will be perfect to send to my nieces. I am making matching necklaces for them, too. I stocked up on Ephiphany supplies when they were 40% off at Archiver's. I do not buy their special punches, because I have so many punches at home that work. I just plop the epoxy shape on top of whatever I punch out, and use glossy accents to attach it to the metal charm. Easy peasy!

TSOL: My Heart Soars...
Hello! Today I have a card to share using the newest The Stamps Of Life release called, hearts2diefor. Perfect for Valentine's Day, Weddings and "just because". I also used the cloud and bird stamps from the kites2fly set. I added some baker's twine for the string to my heart balloon.
I think I may save this one for hubby for Valentine's Day!
I have decided to do a December Daily album again this year. I am have my album and papers all cut and ready to go. I am still trying to decide how I want to do the photos. Last year I printed them out of my printer, which was super convenient, but expensive. I burned through several ink cartridges at $30 a pop! I am wondering if I should just send them to be developed each week?
My boys were so excited to pull out last year's December Daily album, that I know it is something that I will continue to do from year to year. Maybe I will even get on board with Project Life someday soon! I will share my December Daily pages as I complete them.
Thanks so much for stopping by,
Emily

To My Love...
Hello! So sorry for my lack of blog posts the past week. I have been completely engrossed in a book called, "American Gods"by Neil Gaiman. I bought the tenth anniversary edition which includes all of the things he cut from the original to make it shorter. I can not imagine what he would have cut, because every piece of this book seems integral to the story line, which is complex. It is absolutely captivating. I have not been able to put it down. This book has a theology/mythology theme set in modern times.
My card today uses an image from Red Lead. I added some glitter to the flowers on the image. The pink DP is from MME and the blue is Sasafrass Lass. I used today's sketch challenge over on SCS found HERE. Not sure who I will send this one to. Maybe my sweet niece since it is girly!
I am off to finish this book so that I can start stamping again!

Go Fish Challenge #10
Hello! It's the first of the month, so that means it is time for another Go Fish challenge. This week is a color challenge. The colors are perfect for Valentine's, and I wish I could eat some of those yummy cookies in the inspiration photo right now with my coffee!
I used several different The Stamps Of Life stamps on this card. The sentiment and the hearts are from the set hearts2love set and the zig-zag is from the borders4me set. I also used a felt heart and some old SU ribbon. You can see the colors in the inspiration photo below:

Hope you can play along in the challenge!
