Hello! I am loving the Sugar Hollow collection from Heartfelt Creations. Owls are one of my favorite creatures. In fact, my craft studio has an owl theme. :)
The moment I saw these sweet love birds, I knew I wanted to create a brayered night time sky with a full moon in the background. Haven't used this technique in ages! Love the different effects you can achieve in minutes. I used teeny, tiny half-pearls for my stars. I had initially thought of teeny, tiny rhinestones, but they were too much.
Make sure you stop by the Heartfelt Creations blog for complete instructions on recreating this card along with many other inspiring creations from the design team.

EIC113-Guess Whooooooo?
Hello! Time for another Etsy Inspired Challenge. This week our shop is Putu Princess Escapes. There are some very clean and simple style T-shirts in this shop. I chose the T-shirt below as my inspiration.
Our sponsor this week is Some Odd Girl. I used THIS digi image from the Some Odd Girl shop for my card above. I colored it with Copics and added a sentiment from a Unity kit. I printed the image onto a sheet of cardstock, and then cut the paper so that the branch lined up on the left side of the A2 card.
If you would like to play along, make sure you link your creation to the EIC blog HERE. Next Friday, Ashley will pick two random winners. One person will win a T-shirt for the Putu Princess shop and another will win 3 free digis from the Some Odd Girl shop!
A great big welcome to Angie Blom, Our EIC November Guest Designer! I ALWAYS enjoy Angie's fabulous scrapbook layouts and projects! Welcome, Angie!
Have fun with this challenge and good luck!

EIC79-Inspired by wood jewelry and owls!
This week our sponsor is Stretch 'N Bubbles. They have some adorable images available for purchase. The owl I used on today's card is from their shop. I just fell in love with his heart eyes and the shamrock looking leaves on the branch. I decided not to color him in, since the DP I used was so bright and busy.
This week the prize will be 4 images from the Stretch 'N Bubbles shop, and she will also give 1 image to 3 runners up. Ashley will pick random winners next Friday. Make sure you link your creation to the EIC blog found HERE. Thanks for stopping by and make sure to check out the other DT memebers fab creations for this week!

Hope Your Holidays Are A Hoot!
Hello! I was so excited to ink up this Christmas Owls set from MFT. I have had it for quite some time, but was saving it for the holiday season! I used the color challenge over on SCS-artichoke, red and brown with a neutral. Love those colors for Christmas and it seemed the perfect combo for these two feathered friends! I added some glitter to the fur on the hats and the ornaments. The image is colored with copics. I bought the felt star at hobby lobby and added a hemp bow to the center.
Thanks for stopping by! I am busy with hubby decorating the inside and outside of the house for the holidays! I {heart} this time of year!
