Hello! I made this simple card using a set from The Stamps Of Life called, wish2make. I stamped the dandelion and sentiment in Versamark ink onto my tag and then heat embossed with clear embossing powder. I sponged the tags with distress inks, and added a vintage jewel to the center of the dandelion. The burlap twine is from May Arts, and the polka dot paper is from my scrap bin. Super simple way to use those tags on a card!
