Hello! Welcome to Artful INKables September blog hop. You should be arriving here from Lisa's blog. If not then you will want to start at the beginning on Kristin's blog. There are some fabulous new releases this month. I used the new Halloween Hauntings set. I LOVE this set! It is so much fun to use and inspired me to make a scrapbook layout which I haven't done in a LONG time.
I am so sorry to say I have no clue who made this paper. It was in a scrapbook kit that a friend of mine gave me ages ago! I added some faux stitching with my paper piercing tool and black marker. I stamped a sentiment onto the candy corn tag. I stamped my ghosts on white and cut them out and popped them with dimensionals. I stamped the haunted house and moon in black and then sponged various shades of yellow, orange and rust to create the spooky sky effect. I call this fake brayered sky! LOL! I usually start out sponging the lightest color and then add the rest of the inks the same way. I sponged the black ink last to create the shadows on the ground and on the edges of the circle.
Your next stop on the hop is the lovely Jen. Have fun!
Remember to leave a comment on each blog in the hop to be eligible for the prize of the new release AI stamps!Happy Hopping!
