Another TSOL friends card!
Scroll down for my Etsy post!
Hello! I have another card using the friends4ever stamps set from The Stamps Of Life! I LOVE this set. I am a sucker for botanical themed stamps, so the leaves in this set just make me happy! I also love that there are so many friend sentiments. I made my own DP by stamping the small and large leaf on the olive paper. This card is for the IC challenge over on SCS. I was inspired by THIS place setting. You can find the friends4ever set HERE and a photo below!

EIC115-Inspired by edible art tarts!
Hello! Time for another EIC! This week our shop for your inspiration is Queen of Tarts Cakes. OMG! They have AMAZING looking cookies in this shop! I can't even believe they are cookies they are that gorgeous! I was inspired by the vintage square bird cookies below.
Our sponsor this week is Inchie Arts, so the minute I saw the squares I knew I wanted to make my "twinchie" the focal point of the card. I was going to stamp and color a bird, but then I decided to do a Zentangle doodle.
These squares are made of matte board, which makes them ideal for using different types of coloring mediums. I just used a fine tip sharpie to create my zentangle, but you can watercolor, use Copics, stamp...the possibilities are endless. If you have more questions about inchie arts you can go HERE.
If you would like to participate in the challenge, make sure you link your project on the EIC blog HERE. One random winner will be chosen next Friday to win a set of transferable images from Queen of Tart Cakes and some instructions on how to use them! Fun stuff!
Hope you play along!

echo park...LOVE it!
This week, Paper Maniac is featuring projects using one of my favorite paper lines....echo park. I made the card above with the Merry Christmas paper pack. I love how adorable and affordable they are. You get TONS of paper, journal boxes, borders, cardstock stickers, and adhesive alphas that are both big and large. You can use the alphas on cards and scrapbook pages which is a big plus for me!
The newest addition of echo park, is the Wintertime collection. I love the colors and the fact that you can use it for cards and scrapbook pages that are not Christmas themed. Cute as can be!
This week Paper Maniac is also sponsoring the Wee Memories Challenge. Head on over and check it out! You could win a gift certificate to the PM store for $20.00!
Hope you can play along!

FWF-Forever Friends paper shadowbox
Hello! Happy Friday! Today I have a sweet little paper shadow box frame. I can see me making more of these in the future. I turned my into a door hanger/ornament. I added some twine through the top and a vintage button. I tucked it behind the box, because it was distracting in the photo!
There is a great tutorial on SCS on how to make these HERE.
I used stamps from Unity July and September KOTMs. I used a scrap from a doily, and made a rolled rose from some Pink Paislee 365 degree DP. The background square is cut from a pair of old jeans. I used distress inks and crackle paint on the paper frame. I paper pieced the branch and bird with Pink Paislee DP, too! I think that's it!

H{ippity} Hop-Fall altered album
Hello! Here are a couple of photos of an altered album I have been working on. The inside is not finished, but I wanted to show you the album put together and the cover. I used all kins of distress inks, distress stickles, TH crackle paints, bling-you name it- I have a hodge-podge of stuff on this! I actually made the album from a recycled cardboard box. A lot of the DP is straight from my scrap bin. The stamps of course, are ippity! Hopefully I can show you the finished product soon!

EIC113-Guess Whooooooo?
Hello! Time for another Etsy Inspired Challenge. This week our shop is Putu Princess Escapes. There are some very clean and simple style T-shirts in this shop. I chose the T-shirt below as my inspiration.
Our sponsor this week is Some Odd Girl. I used THIS digi image from the Some Odd Girl shop for my card above. I colored it with Copics and added a sentiment from a Unity kit. I printed the image onto a sheet of cardstock, and then cut the paper so that the branch lined up on the left side of the A2 card.
If you would like to play along, make sure you link your creation to the EIC blog HERE. Next Friday, Ashley will pick two random winners. One person will win a T-shirt for the Putu Princess shop and another will win 3 free digis from the Some Odd Girl shop!
A great big welcome to Angie Blom, Our EIC November Guest Designer! I ALWAYS enjoy Angie's fabulous scrapbook layouts and projects! Welcome, Angie!
Have fun with this challenge and good luck!

FWF-Embrace Your Funky Self!!
Hello! Happy Friday! Today I have an altered journal to share with you. I used paper and chipboard elements from Crate Paper's Restoration collection. I also used some vintage buttons, lace and rhinestones. I recently started Weight Watcher's and needed a little food journal that was small enough to keep in my purse. I love the Unity Melody Ross One Of A Kind set, and thought it would be perfect for this. Writing down every single bite of food really helps me keep on my weight loss journey. So far, I have lost 10 pounds! I seem to be in a rut, and can't get over the 10 pound hump, but onward I will go!
Make sure you check out the big SALE at Paper Maniac! A new big sale every single day! Today, everything in the Winter Boutique is marked down 30%! There are some winter and Christmas themed Unity stamps in there! :)

Moxie Fab Tuesday Trigger- A Study In Blue
I made this card for this week's Tuesday Trigger over on the Moxie Fab blog. I knew right away that I wanted to use some DP from Anna Griffin's Darcey collection and some patent leather black ribbon from the same collection. I have had that for a couple years now, but still love the clean, modern feel of this collection. My sentiment is from Flourishes Tag Lines set. I added some sheer, white polka dot ribbon and rhinestone to finish it off. You can find the inspiration photo below!

Hippity Hop-Warmest Wishes
Happy Monday! I hope you all had a wonderful Halloween. Ours was a bit cold and windy, but the kids had a blast! We had fun hanging out with neighbors and having our traditional neighborhood fire and after party.
Today I have a card I made using a sentiment from the ippity set, Season of Joy. I used some Jovial DP by Basic Grey, and some felt stitched ribbon. I LOVE the plaid paper from this collection. Time to start whipping out those Christmas cards!
For the past couple of years, instead of making 80 of the same Christmas card, I just use the cards I make for challenges and my blog. They are all different, and I can kind of pick which card is best suited to the receiver. No more stress and redundancy of making 80 of the exact same card. I love it! I also do not send out the volume of cards I used to. I am a bit more choosy who I send my handmade cards to. What are your plans for Christmas cardmaking? I would love to hear!
Thanks for stopping by!
